Returns are only acceptable if there's no wearer marks or makeup on the sweatband.  

Returns are acceptable from 14 days of receiving the item.

All returns shippings are covered by Dasmarca Ltd.

UK customers automatically get approved for return.

All international returns MUST be sent from their local post office and with GENERAL postage.  DO NOT use any courier services like FedEx, UPS or DHL.  Customers must pay for return shipping if used FedEx, UPS or DHL.

All international customers must email a receipt of the return postage so we can refund exact return shipping cost.
